Welcome to Grend Gallery, the online shop where rugs meet art!

 

We are a carpet designer and a linguist, a husband and wife team, who share a passion for creating unique and beautiful products inspired by Persian rugs, various mythologies, old stories, and miniatures.

The brand name “Grend” originates from the Old Parsi word for ‘knot’ (گره). Both our professions and inspirations are tied to each other like a knot, just as our products are made from thousands of knots, whether they are knitted or printed.

We decided to start a business on our own after my immigration to Germany, where we got married. Our shop offers a variety of products in three main fields: clothing, home decor, and accessories. All our products are made on demand, and each individual design has a story or history. We try to use the best materials that have the least negative effects on our environment; and we show respect and love for nature and animals whenever possible.

Our mission and vision for our business are to create a unique and personalized style for customers, and to make a positive impact on the world with our products. Our goals and plans for the future of our shop are to expand our market as well as offering more and new products and designs for our customers.
